This is because every time we eat this type of food, our digestive system breaks it down and some of the molecules in this type of food produce an unpleasant odor.

After the food is digested, the molecules enter the bloodstream and are distributed throughout the body.

However, in the case of foods such as garlic and onions, some of the particles are released into the lungs and come out of our mouth as a foul odor.

The foods we eat are partly responsible for developing tonsillitis or tonsil stones, which in severe or progressive cases can contribute to Bad Breath or bad breath.
